General Information

Warranty and Returns

All of our products come with a 3 month warranty.
If there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unusable during the first 3 months, we will either repair the item or replace the item with a new one.

All damaged products must be sent together with the original packaging, receipt and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.

In case you want to send the goods back to us for repair under the warranty, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Physical damage to a product caused by the user will invalidate the warranty.

Due to the nature of our spy product line, some items may only be used once, and then are no longer needed. For this reason, All Sales are Final !

Customers located in the New Jersey area and its vicinites are welcome to see us in our store in Willowbrook Mall (by the Apple store).

Shipping

USA Spy Gadgets offers Free shipping for USA customers.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. We can quote the shipping charge case by case or you can check with your local shipping company regarding the rates. We will ship by your instructions and will cooperate with you in any way we can.

Time of transit varies depending on where you are located and where your package is coming from. For some of the places, not covered by the shipping company, the delivery time may be delayed a few days. Thanks for your understanding!
