How can i set time and date stamp on my device?

Key Chain Camcorder:
Connect your key chain camcorder to the computer first and make sure that there are no videos on your device. Please click on the file “TAG.text” and change it to the actual time and date of your location. (for example 2012-04-30 22:10:00)

Now save the file and disconnect the device from your computer. let the device shut off by itself. The new time and date will be saved permanently you do not need to do this process again. Enjoy and dont forget to be a good spy!

Spy pen camcorder:
Connect your pen camcorder to the computer first and make sure that there are no videos on your device. Please click on the file “time.text” and change it to the actual time and date of your location. (for example 2012.04.30 22:10:00) if you dont have the file please create one on your root folder of the device where it says “REC”

The file can be also found in the CD (you have it inside the box of the device)

Other spy cameras:
Very importent – Most of the spy cameras we provide have time and date stamp that you can modify by creating a text file name “TAG” or “TIME” or “SETTIME”

How can i reset my device?

In order to reset your device you need to take a paper clip or needle and push inside the pin-hole of your device for 3 seconds. Please read your product’s menual for the exect location of the reset button.

How can i format my device?

First connect your device to the computer, go to “my computer” (in the start manu) right click on the folder of your device then click “format” and click the yes button until your device has been formated.

Setting icam (video streaming) for the Mini dv

1. Download icam application to your smart phone (one time fee of $5)
2. Download the icam source software to your PC from this link
iCam (software for windows and mac)
3. Create name and password and insert them to the icam source software as well as to your smart phone.
4. Insert the CD we provided to you with the mini DV and install the software in your PC.
Very importent: please read the instruction file located at the CD before installation!
5. Step by step install the streaming software then when you done you can plug in your mini dv.
6. First plug it in to your PC then open power & vox buttons so your DV will get in to a streaming mode.
7. You can now insert the name and password you created at the beginning and you will be able to watch your Nanny, kids, employees or even your pet from your smart phone. Enjoy!
